Refund policy
We’re a small business doing our best to deliver a quality product we truly believe in. Because our chili oil is a food item, all sales are final — we cannot accept returns.
That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thespicedrops.com with the following:

A photo of the item and packaging

A short description of the issue
We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or offer store credit.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless your order was damaged in transit or incorrectly fulfilled. If approved for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to cancel, email us at contact@thespicedrops.com as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee cancellation, we’ll do our best to catch your order before it ships.
