We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thespicedrops.com. Include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
If approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer store credit.
Order Cancellations
We start processing quickly, but if you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee cancellation, we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
