Truly spicy and flavorless. It really is not like the other stuff out there. It's just heat and spice no flavor your food still states like it did before you add the oil just spicier. And you do only need 2 maybe 3 drops.i used it on pizza (kind of just have to spread the oil a bit with something). Im sure you can you use it on pasta and soup i'm going to try that next.
